What exactly is the Fit & Fab Recorded Program? π»
This program subscription gives you access to 16 recorded strength training workouts, for 4 weeks. Each month, your subscription will renew at a reduced price. The more months you do, the more progress you'll see!

Each workout is 60 minutes long, and a recorded version of me is training with you the whole time.
